Q1: What is listinglord?

listinglord is a property listing platform that connects property seekers with sellers, agents, and agencies across the country. Whether you’re buying, renting, or selling, we make real estate easy, fast, and accessible.

Who can list properties on listinglord?
Verified real estate agents, registered agencies, and private property owners can all create listings on the platform.

 Is listinglord free to use?
Browsing listings is free. However, if you want to list a property, a pay-per-listing fee applies.


🔹 LISTING PROPERTIES

How do I list a property on listinglord?
Simply register or log in, go to your dashboard, click “Create Listing”, fill in the property details, upload photos, and proceed to payment. Once payment is confirmed, your listing goes live.

How much does it cost to list a property?
We charge a flat fee per listing. Pricing details are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on listing type or add-ons.

 How long does a listing stay active?
Listings remain active for a minimum of 30 days up to 90 days depending on package of choice from the date of publishing. You’ll be notified before expiry and can choose to renew if needed.

Can I edit or remove my listing after publishing?
 Yes. You can log into your account at any time to edit, update, or remove your property listing.


🔹 ACCOUNT & VERIFICATION

Do I need to be verified to post a listing?
 Yes. All agents, agencies, and private sellers must undergo basic verification to ensure listing quality and trust. This includes contact details, email confirmation, and in some cases, documentation.

 I’m a private seller. Can I still use listinglord without an agency?
 Absolutely! Private sellers are welcome to list their own properties — just ensure your listing is accurate and complete.


🔹 BUYERS & RENTERS

 How do I contact a seller or agent?
 Each listing includes a contact form, email, or phone number provided by the seller or agent. Use these to ask questions or schedule viewings.

Does listinglord help with property inspections or legal processes?
No, ListingLord is a marketplace platform. We recommend using professional services (agents, attorneys, inspectors) for viewings, paperwork, and due diligence.


🔹 PAYMENTS & SUPPORT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure digital payment options (e.g., PayFast, EFT, etc.).

 Can I get a refund after posting a listing?
No. All listing payments are non-refundable once the property has been published. Please review your details carefully before submitting.

 I paid but my listing is not showing. What do I do?
Check if your payment went through and if your listing is pending review. If the problem continues, contact support at support@listinglord.com.


🔹 OTHER

 How do I report a fake or suspicious listing?
Click the “Report Listing” button on the listing page, or email us directly at support@listinglord.com with the listing URL and your concern.

Can I feature my property or get it boosted?
Yes. We offer optional featured placements for an additional fee. This helps your property appear more prominently in search results.

 Is listinglord available nationwide?
Yes. We support listings from all provinces and regions. Just make sure to select the correct location when creating a listing.
